What do we do?
ETG Risorse e Tecnologia designs and manufactures analytical instrumentation for all types of gases. In our analysers, we use the most appropriate technology for the application and specialise in customising each instrument. Thanks to our in-house development team – continually working to improve our products – we can meet every customer requirement. ETG also collaborates with universities and research centres to put our expertise at the service of every sector.
We also provide complete analysis systems, capable of acquiring multiple sample points fully automatically. We design our solutions from the user’s point of view, and we have worked hard to ensure that our products are easy and straightforward to use. Thanks to our partners specialised in industrial supplies. We offer a wide range of probes, calibrators, heated lines, filters and gas treatment systems.
ETG Risorse e Tecnologia provides its technicians for service activities throughout Italy. Thanks to our specialised staff, we can offer maintenance contracts to keep the customer’s instrumentation efficient. We also have an internal laboratory equipped with certified gases to carry out calibrations of the analysers. Finally, we offer an all-inclusive rental service (with qualified personnel) or just the equipment.
The history of ETG Risorse e Tecnologia
ETG Risorse e Tecnologia was founded in 1996 as a branch office of ETG U.S.A. (Environmental Technology Group). Now independent, the company focuses on the industrial sector. Product development and manufacturing begins, and installations are completed in the semiconductor industry as well as in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other facilities.
The development of products for Biogas analysis took place in 2008. Subsequently – thanks to the experience accumulated in different sectors – the R&D team was able to design new instruments for the rapidly expanding energy sector, with technologies capable of monitoring the internal composition of Syngas and Biomethane.
ETG Risorse e Tecnologia’s commitment and investment in research have enabled the company to grow from a distributor to a producer, increasing sales and turnover. We are a young, dynamic, competent team, always ready for new challenges. Among our latest achievements, we have developed an advanced FTIR analyser and entered the naval sector.
We have recently started an European project called Passepartout, dedicated to the monitoring of polluting and toxic gases. This advanced project uses optical gas sensors installed – in addition to fixed and mobile stations – on drones. The coordinator of this innovative project is the Cork Institute of Technology (Ireland); other partners include the Tecniche University of Munich, the University of Bari and the Municipality of Bari.
In 2020 ETG Risorse e Tecnologia S.r.l. becomes a subsidiary of the Swiss group Viridia Holding SA.
